Deliveroza Privacy Policy
1. Overview and Core Philosophy
At Deliveroza ("we", "our", or "us"), protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your outreach data is our highest priority. Deliveroza is designed with a strict 100% Client-Side Architecture.
🔒 Zero Cloud Storage for Lead Data: Deliveroza operates entirely inside your own browser session. Your contact spreadsheets, recipient email addresses, email templates, and draft contents are processed locally on your machine and are never transmitted to, uploaded to, or stored on our external servers.
2. What Data We Handle and How It Is Used
Deliveroza handles only the data necessary to execute its single purpose: automating cold email outreach through your own authenticated webmail interface.
| Data Category | How It Is Stored / Processed | Sent to Third Parties? |
|---|---|---|
| Lead & Recipient Lists (CSV / Excel) | Processed purely locally in browser RAM and Chrome local storage. | Never |
| Email Drafts & Templates | Saved in Chrome local storage on your device for re-use. | Never |
| Webmail Credentials / Sessions | Deliveroza never sees or asks for passwords. It runs directly within your existing logged-in browser tab. | Never |
| License Key & Activation | Validates software license status securely against deliveroza.utsavonestop.com over HTTPS. |
Never shared |
3. Chrome Extension Permissions Justification
Our extension requests only the minimum required permissions strictly necessary to function:
- storage: Used to save user campaign drafts, recipient spreadsheets, email templates, spintax variations, and sender configurations locally in browser storage.
- tabs: Used to detect and navigate to active webmail tabs (Gmail, Google Workspace) to initiate compose sessions during campaign dispatch.
- scripting: Used to automate the webmail compose window in active tabs safely, filling recipient email, personalized subject, and body with authentic delays.
- alarms: Used to schedule and regulate human typing delays, interval pacing, and daily volume limits between cold email dispatches.
- notifications: Used to alert the user with a system notification when a cold email campaign batch has completed execution.
- sidePanel: Used to display the campaign runner, template selector, and live dispatch monitor beside the user's webmail window.
- unlimitedStorage: Required to handle large recipient contact lists and campaign event logs locally without exceeding Chrome storage limits.
- Host Permissions (mail.google.com): Required to interact with authenticated webmail sessions to insert personalized email text.
4. Google API & User Data Compliance Disclosures
In full adherence to Google Chrome Web Store Developer Policies:
- No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or transfer user data or lead lists to third parties under any circumstances.
- No Unrelated Uses: We do not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to the extension's core single purpose.
- No Creditworthiness Assessment: We do not use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
- No Remote Code: The extension does not execute external or dynamically downloaded remote JavaScript code. All assets and logic are bundled locally inside the extension package.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Since all campaign data, templates, and recipient lists reside strictly in your local Chrome browser storage, you have total control over your data at all times.
You can permanently erase all stored campaigns and data at any moment simply by clearing your browser's extension data or uninstalling the Deliveroza extension from Chrome.
